This is definitely 1 of the easier exercise anyone could do, but I’ve seen so many people rocking it like they’re partying in the disco. So i want to address this issue for you to reap the most effective ways to Curl without injuring yourself

❌ Rounding Forward: One of the ways to cheat by shortening the range of motion bringing the body closer to the weights
❌ Leaned Back: Using too much momentum to swing the weight up, meant too heavy & not utilizing the bicep muscle fully to lift
✅ Stand tall & Upright, with little to no momentum to lift the weights up. Focusing solely on using the Bicep muscle to curl
